When did you start at Rhino?
June 2016. It’s been wild.
Tell us a little bit about your role.
That’s a tough one. My role is constantly evolving here at Rhino. From building emails, ensuring we have a solid server infrastructure for our websites, to designing and implementing new solutions for the business, each day is varied.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day involves building and scheduling EDM campaigns, troubleshooting, providing technical know-how and advice, and working on new project proposals.
What are the toughest challenges you’ve faced at work?
We’re currently working to implement automation across our Events platform. The software is extremely technical, and as well as implementation I’ve been involved intrinsically with training within the business and ensuring that we continue to test at all stages.
What motivates you?

What do you get up to at the weekends?
These days I just spend time with my Daughter.
