“I enjoy the family feel in the office, and the relationships I’ve forged with clients, and hope to continue building”.

Clara Bianchi, Event Coordinator. Events.

Tell us about how you ended up at Rhino.

I was looking for a career change and I wanted to find a job role that allowed me to use both my language skills, and my university studies. I felt that the role combined those two requirements perfectly, specifically with Events across European markets, including Italy, my home nation.

What does your role entail?

The role is varied, and it has many aspects, but in a snapshot, I am the conduit between the client and our studio / logistics. I am the first point of contact for the clients, so when I receive a request from them, I liaise with the relevant department or supplier to make sure their expectation is met.

When do you feel really in your element at work?

I am a very organised person, so everything involved in event co-ordination is a perfect fit.

What is your biggest achievements career wise?

My biggest achievement to date, was in my previous role. I worked for one of the biggest cruise ship companies, and for two full cruises I was covering the cruise director role. Speaking in front of thousands of people, on a theatre stage, in the middle of ocean is definitely a high point.

What do you enjoy the most about working at Rhino?

I enjoy the family feel in the office, and the relationships I’ve forged with clients, and hope to continue building.

Describe yourself in 3 words.

Organised. Friendly. Loyal.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I would have loved to be an astronaut or astrologist.

Finally… what 3 items would you take on a desert island?

An umbrella to protect me from the sun, my cross-stitch supplies to keep me busy and my pillow to sleep comfortably.
