Meet Rachel

When / Why did you join Rhino?

I was looking for a part time job after having my second child and this role seemed to come up at the right time. It felt a great fit, and I’ve enjoyed seeing the business go form strength to strength since joining.

Tell us about your role and what it entails?

Working within a close-knit team, I work across all departments, setting up new accounts, managing existing relationships, from invoicing to payments.

What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in your career?

Listen. There is much reward in taking the time to listen instead of being the first to react.

What’s your secret talent?

I love baking in my spare time and make a mean Yorkshire pudding.

What do you enjoy the most about what you do?

The people I work with are amazing. I never get the Sunday night feeling :o)

What do you get up to outside of work?

Family takes over. I have 2 daughters, one plays elite football, the other is attached to my hip with kids’ clubs and the like.

What is something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t done yet?

Lots of travelling Hong Kong & The Maldives are high on my list one day,
