Why did you join Rhino?

Fortunately, I was able to experience the power of Rhino Events whilst working as a Marketing Manager for a Dutch dealer group. We agreed to host a VIP Event, which was a resounding success. I felt very impressed with the all-inclusive high-quality concept, delivering a great customer experience, with phenomenal results.

We stayed in touch and when I was ready for a change in my career, I took the opportunity to join Rhino as they expanded their reach in Europe with one key aim - to help other dealer groups and brands achieve their sales targets.

What are your motivations?

Results. For me, this means:

o Combining innovation and creativity to determine an ambitious business strategy.
o Creating and managing a roadmap with the team in order to to consistently improve the way we reach our clear sets of objectives.

o Create an environment where performance and pleasure go hand in hand.

Tell us about your role?

My role is to deliver the stimuli as described above together with our team and therefore have every member use their skills in a positive and constructive way.

So far, what is your biggest achievement?

The stability of a happy, fulfilled life, with my wife and our two children, and being able to maintain a healthy balance between both our personal and professional goals.

Tell us one fun fact about yourself?

On weekends I really like driving my 60-year-old tractor!
