Why did you join Rhino?

I met the founders aged 15, through my local Cricket Club. They often spoke of their endeavours, and Rhino always came across as a great place to work. At 19, on finishing my apprenticeship in Business Administration, I contacted them and was offered an administration role. Over the last 8 years I’ve worked my way to an Event Coordinator, Client Services Representative and Office Manager. Now I'm European Operations Manager.

Tell us about your role?

I am responsible for structuring the European Events division, therefore delivering the necessary equipment, tools, processes and partners for growth. Its multi-faceted and allows access to key areas of the business. I take great pride in seeing the organisation grow, knowing I have a key role in creating and implementing the processes for continual success.

What motivates you in your career?

Job satisfaction, success and continual growth.

What is your biggest achievement so far?

My career, or possibly going travelling for four months. (I’m not sure which one is my biggest!)

Tell us one fun fact about yourself?

I sing. In fact, pre-lockdown, I would ‘gig’ at weddings, parties, bars and pubs alongside an acoustic guitarist.
